At Lennar, Everything’s Included in our homes, and Everyone’s Included on our team.  Our Everyone’s Included vision is to be as inclusive and diverse as the communities we build unleashing the power of diversity within our workforce to drive innovation & sustainable growth.    Lennar Core Values Our commitment to Quality, Value, and Integrity is the underlying foundation upon which Lennar was built, and these three fundamental principles still guide us in caring for our customers, associates, shareholders, and community.   Land Coordinator Lennar is seeking a Land Coordinator to support the Land Development team in the administration of the entitlement and development processes within the Land Department. - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred - Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting land acquisition, land development and/or homebuilding - Valid Driver’s license and good driving record and valid auto insurance coverage required - MS Office fully proficient required, and familar with JD Edwards is helpful - Ability to communicate effectively and concisely, both verbally and in writing.  - Must exercise initiative and achieve objectives with minimal supervision.  - Must be detail-oriented and a problem-solver able to deal with complex situations.                                                   Contacts Daily interaction with various division personnel, outside agencies, business partners, consultants and homeowners.   Physical Requirements Must be able to operate a motor vehicle. Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, lift, walk, move and/or carry equipment in excess of 20 pounds. Must have finger dexterity to operate computer keyboard and calculator.   This description outlines the basic tasks and requirements for the position noted. Learn new skills, build your path, and become an integral part of the Lennar Family.   When You Join: - Health Insurance - Medical, Dental & Vision - Vacation – 3 weeks of vacation per year to start - Holidays, Sick Leave, & Personal Days - 401(k) Savings Plan with company match - Paid Maternity & Bonding Leave - New Hire Referral Bonus Program - Product Purchase Discount for Associates - Associate Assistance Plan - Everyone’s Included Day - In the spirit of inclusion, diversity, and caring for our community, Lennar encourages our Associates to take a day to connect, reflect and inspire those around us, in a way that is uniquely important to you.  - And More!   Lennar is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices laws.   - Provide administrative support to Executive leadership team on land department matters. - Prepare, and track land contracts within Excel. - Provide internal customer service. - Assist in the new vendor set up process for communities in bidding. - Receive, distribute and file electronically all documents for the department to include documentation for ongoing projects and properties under due diligence, design and permitting, and development. - Send out vendor packages and review for compliance before sending to accounting for corporate approval. - Assist in Request for Proposal (RFP) preparation and distribute for bid preparation.  Track design changes to ensure all applicable documents are distributed to bidders.  Assemble final bid proposals into comparison spreadsheet for review and vendor selection. - Assist in the creation of development budgets with a special emphasis on spreadsheet creation, data entry, and formatting. - Manage the process to track all created contracts and purchase orders, including scope descriptions, amounts, vendors. - Data entry of land department invoices to development budgets (non-accounting role). - Monthly updates on soft cost vendor contracts such as amount spent to date, remaining spend, etc.  Coordinate with the Accounting team for reports to complete the evaluation updates (non-accounting role). - #CB #LI-LJ1
