We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager, Business Systems – Construction to oversee and manage our Construction Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in IT and SaaS management, and a keen ability to align IT services with business needs. This role involves managing a team of 4-6 direct reports, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery of SaaS solutions, and working closely with business stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.

Your Responsibilities on the Team
Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4-6 direct reports, providing performance reviews, coaching and professional development and establishing an effective operational cadence.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Platform Management
Oversee the day-to-day operations of SaaS platforms, including support, testing, release management and communications.
Manage relationships with vendors and ensure SLAs are met and objectives are aligned.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the technical aspects of the platforms.
Collaborate with other technology teams on integrations and sharing data. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
Business Alignment & Strategy
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and prioritize their technology needs and translate them into effective IT solutions.
Develop and execute the strategic technology roadmap, supporting business growth and innovation.
Provide insights and recommendations to maximize SaaS usage and ROI.
Project Management
Lead and manage IT projects, from planning through delivery.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Utilize best practices in project management to drive successful outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
Advanced degree(s) and/or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Azure, etc.) are desired
5+ years related experience with 2+ years managing staff

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:
