Overview

Summary of Position Requirements

Provides creative marketing and administrative support to the Marketing Manager. Responsible for coordinating all aspects of the marketing, advertising, and office needs to meet the business goals for the Division. Must be tech-savvy and have strong creative and copywriting skills in a quick-paced, and fun marketing environment.



Responsibilities

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update all sales and marketing data required by the Lennar Corporate Website
  • Lennar.com website administration, including copywriting of community, plan, homesite descriptions and photography resizing and selection that is in line with Lennar brand standards.
  • Coordinate, execute and attend a variety of functions including community openings, community events, and realtor events in conjunction with MM/NHC/DOS/ISC
  • Graphic design to be utilized in division print, e-brochures, social media and email marketing.
  • Email Marketing creation and strategy for competitive click through and open rates.
  • Social Media posting on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn for the main division page as well as support for the individual community pages.
  • Coordinate the divisions’ participation at trade show/housing shows when needed.
  • Maintain monthly email marketing and events calendar
  • Facilitate the creation and order community signage as needed-work with signage vendor on pricing, design and production time


Qualifications

 

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Minimum High School or GED required, college degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years experience in marketing required
  • Minimum 2 years in homebuilding industry preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude, deal effectively with confrontational situations and maintain objectivity with homeowners, fellow associates, and in all public relations
  • Excellent computer skills including advanced Microsoft Suite experience 
  • Requires resourcefulness, patience and clarity and strong management and motivational skills
