Job Description


Responsible for coordinating with agencies and printers in the preparation and ordering of all marketing materials and signage for the Sales and Construction Departments; preparing sales and marketing reports; maintaining the Marketing Calendar and coordinating a variety of meetings, events and functions; maintaining online listings; and providing administrative support to the Marketing Manager as needed.


  • Prepares marketing collateral and coordinates with printer to order finalized materials
  • Proofs eflyers, paper flyers and other marketing pieces as assigned by the Marketing Manager
  • Works closely with advertising agency to disseminate information, as well as provide direction on approvals of marketing collateral and ad releases
  • Monitors and updates the website to ensure homes are live with photos and descriptions and correct pricing
  • Orders, resizes, and organizes photos
  • Maintains the Marketing Calendar, including preparation and execution of a variety of events and functions (e.g., Sales & Marketing Meetings, Community Openings, Realtor Events, Trade Shows, various other meetings with vendors/agencies), and team building events and awards
  • Ensures Marketing Department maintains necessary inventory of supplies, ordering new supplies and organizing the Marketing storage closet as needed
  • Coordinates the ordering and inventory of all sales and construction signage, including weekend directional signs, sign spinners, homesite signs, and any other necessary signage
  • Pulls reports from Lennar’s CRM System and updates the traffic and sales reports submitted to MetroStudy and others on a weekly basis
  • Monitors and updates online listings as needed
  • Codes and maintains an inventory of all Marketing/Sales invoices
  • Coordinates the setup of telephone and internet service and equipment needed for new communities, as well as the removal of equipment no longer needed in Models or Welcome Home Centers
  • Other projects and/or administrative support as assigned by the Marketing Manager



  • Minimum High School or GED required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in homebuilding industry preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude, deal effectively with confrontational situations and maintain objectivity with homeowners, fellow associates, and in all public relations
  • Excellent computer skills including advanced Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook
