The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple large-scale projects within Lennar Technology Group IT in the M&A Area. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in IT project management, leadership, and various project management methodologies. The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in communication and facilitation, ensuring that all projects align with organizational goals and deliver value to stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities on the Team 

  • Lead and manage multiple large projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Oversee project teams, providing guidance, support, and ensuring adherence to best practices in project management.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

  • Facilitate meetings and sessions that are solution-oriented and accomplish the set agenda.

  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management in a clear and concise manner.

  • Be able to partner with business analyst on gathering business requirements

  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project management, including Agile (Scrum, XP), Waterfall, and predictive methodologies.

  •  Utilize knowledge of SAFe, Lean (Kanban), and product management to enhance project delivery and efficiency.

  • Mentor and develop project management team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&A and Legal

  • At least 5+ years in leadership roles, managing multiple teams and large-scale projects.

  • PMP certification preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of SAFe, Lean (Kanban), and product management is a plus.

  • Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP) and Waterfall/Predictive methodologies.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on facilitation and solution-oriented meetings.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Experience in the technology or real estate industry.

  • Advanced proficiency with project management software and tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive organizational improvement.

  • Experience of the following systems: JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint, Apptio, Data Analytics, Power BI, SQL, Cyber Security, Service Now, Excel, PowerPoint, Office

  • Thinks critically with out of the box thinking to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
