The Project Manager (Scrum Master) is responsible for leading the delivery of internal and outsourced projects from project initiation to transition to operations so as to deliver projects on time and within budget and to meet the desired business objectives. This position requires the analysis of broad and complex issues and the formulation and execution of strategies.


Principle Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for making decisions, setting priorities and goals for area
  • Assess business needs to establish priorities; consult with appropriate parties in order to develop alternative solutions and advise on options, risks, and impact
  • Must be flexible and manage multiple changing priorities/tasks
  • Advocates, supports, and takes accountability for prudent risk taking, when appropriate
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintains composure and professionalism in a developing environment
  • Responsible for the performance and results of team and area
  • Effectively communicate status updates, comprehend plans and delivery dates to include actively listen and prioritize at all levels of the organization

Technical Skills:

  • Maintains organization's efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing technologies
  • Oversees successful completion and implementation of assigned initiatives and projects
  • Solid understanding of project and program management principles
  • Strong knowledge of data, data objects, data structure, and industry standards
  • Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products –strong analytics skills
  • Ability to adapt to new technical innovations and business processes


Education and Experience Requirements:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or certification required

Physical Requirements: This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
