Project Manager Summary:

Responsible for overseeing scheduling for acquisition, entitlement and land development activity for several Lennar communities in Southwest Florida.

  • Assist with the coordination of outside consultants including land planners, engineers, and landscape architects, in the scheduling of all required construction plans and applications.

  • Provide due diligence support for new land acquisitions, including assistance with the preparation of development timelines / schedules.

  • Oversee the schedules managing timely construction of all development infrastructure.

  • Gain timely acceptance of all development infrastructure in order to reduce posted surety and procure any reimbursements owed.

  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Five (5) to ten (10) years of related experience required, including strong experience in land development

  • High school diploma or GED required; undergraduate college degree is preferable in a major related to construction management or engineering or other technical area of study

  • Strong scheduling background

  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines simultaneously

  • Advanced PC skills, and Microsoft (Excel, Word, and MS Project scheduling)

  • Excellent analytical and writing capabilities

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong work ethic

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Accept constructive feedback

  • Team player
