This position requires a minimum of 3-5 years of mortgage regulatory compliance and investor guideline experience. Qualified candidates will assist the Manager in the development, implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures as they relate to federal, state and agency rules and regulations.

Your Responsibilities on the Team 

  • Effectively monitor federal, state and agency rules and regulations in order to provide compliance guidance for implementation of changes as required.
  • Obtain and maintain knowledge of Company services, policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of written policies and procedures.
  • Assist in conducting compliance monitoring and preparation for federal and/or state audits, regulatory examinations, licensing requirements and quality assurance review.
  • Assist in marketing/advertising review to ensure compliance with TILA regulations.
  • Possess advanced problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently on multiple interrelated and non-related projects.
  • Interact with Company associates.
  • Performs additional duties as required.

Requirements

  • BA required
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in mortgage regulatory compliance and investor guideline experience.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and FrontPage experience required.
  • Detailed professional with strong analytical skills and ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment, utilizing multi-tasking skills.
  • Organizational skills required; meeting deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Be a proven team player that can work quickly, accurately, and independently in a fast- paced environment with all levels of management.
  • Team player with strong work ethic
