Lennar Corporation utilizes Salesforce (Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud) as the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.  This is a very fast paced and highly collaborative environment with many moving pieces.  We are looking for a talented CRM Support Analyst with exceptional skills in customer support who wants to make a difference in the solution.  This role will be part of a team working to provide application support and maintenance to Lennar’s CRM users and interface with application development to maintain awareness of new application deployments.


  • Provides level 1 support functions. Solve routine problems. Demonstrate basic knowledge and interest of IT Technologies throughout assigned area. Assist in the day to day analysis, data mining and data exploration of assigned technologies.
  • Ensure that trouble tickets are addressed on agreed service levels through prioritization, incident recording, recognition, isolation, resolution and follow-up.
  • Competently performs tasks under direct supervision. Adjust to changes priorities/tasks with guidance from more experienced associates. Learn from others how to prioritize for maximum effectiveness. Respond effectively to direct request for information and use appropriate tools.
  • Demonstrate an interest in the performance of the organization. Begin to learn the links between business drivers and IT processes.
  • Maintain effective working relationships, supporting company leadership and team.


Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira and Call center experience a plus

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Salesforce Support Analyst to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary. 10-20% of travel is required.
