The Sr. Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing all types of external and internal communications materials. The right candidate should have exceptional design abilities, strategic thinking, and leadership skills will contribute to the success of our organization by elevating our brand presence and effectively communicating our messages to our target audience.

This position requires graphic design skills and production of various marketing materials. The position requires an ability to be multi-task oriented, self-sufficient, dependable, able to cope under pressure, maintain good judgement, eager to learn and have a professional, supportive attitude.

Your Responsibilities on the Team 

  • Conceptualizes and designs original logos, brand identity materials and branded packaging for all Lennar company entities, initiatives and products/services

  • Conceptualizes and designs content for traditional communications, including advertising, signs, displays, invitations, promotional materials, brochures and collateral

  • Conceptualizes and designs content for digital communications, including Lennar.com website, other Lennar company websites, blog posts, e-marketing, digital advertising and social media

  • Conceptualizes and designs content for external and internal special events, including event communication emails, invitations, collateral, communication updates.

  • Conceptualizes and designs storyboards for external marketing videos and internal communications videos

  • Works with Creative Writers and others on National Digital Creative team to ensure that all designed materials meet strategic objectives.

  • Monitors major U.S. housing news and trends for enhancing own knowledge of the industry, and for discovering potential new content ideas for design assignments

  • Monitors Lennar news & events around the country for enhancing own knowledge of company, and for discovering potential new content ideas for design assignments

  • Ensures that the Lennar Brand and Lennar Culture elements are always presented and communicated according to established guidelines

Requirements

  • Five (5) – seven (7) years related work experience.
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design is preferred.
  • Strong skills in the following Adobe Creative Suite applications: InDesign; Photoshop; Illustrator.
  • Must be able to show portfolio of previous design work showcasing creative and innovative design concepts
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Must possess initiative and be highly motivated.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Maintaining regular attendance and punctuality relative to the daily work schedule is required.
  • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude.
  • Strong work ethic, good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Follow directions from a supervisor.
  • Interact well with co-workers.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.

General Overview of Compensation & Benefits:

We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an annual salary of $72,755.10 - $96,016, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations.
