Senior Manager of HR Technology is an experienced professional who will serves as a capability and experience owner. This role will lead complex projects and initiatives, collaborating with multiple Centers of Excellence (COEs) and systems, while serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, advanced data analysis, and ensuring the alignment of business objectives with effective solutions.

Your Responsibilities on the Team 

  • Lead the analysis of complex business problems and opportunities.
  • Develop comprehensive business requirements and specifications.
  • Lead the design, testing, and implementation of new systems and enhancements.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Design and implement business process improvements.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to lead and organize meetings and deliverables.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations.
  • Own and prioritize product backlog and roadmap.
  • Establish and monitor success metrics for each feature deliverable.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts.
  • Oversees the end-to-end lifecycle of the associate experience for their area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master’s degree beneficial).
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
  • Extensive knowledge of business processes, project management, and technology systems.
  • Expertise in business analysis methodologies and tools.
  • Proficiency with advanced data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture.
  • High level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Business Analyst II to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.This is a position which requires the Business Analyst II frequent walking, standing and climbing stairs in/around homes, models and properties. Must also have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
