Lennar Technology Group (LTG) is building the platform foundation that powers one of America's largest homebuilders. The Engineering team is at the center of that work operating a portfolio of Cloud, DevEx, Infrastructure, and Integration initiatives that span the enterprise.
We are looking for a Program Manager who can own delivery operations end-to-end. Someone who has built Agile operating models from scratch, thrives in ambiguous environments, and can translate complex engineering work into clear portfolio visibility for leadership. This is not a coordination role, it is a delivery ownership role.

Your Responsibilities on the Team
Agile delivery operations across engineering teams.
End-to-end portfolio visibility intake, prioritization, cycle time, and commitment reliability surfaced through dashboards.
Centralized intake and cross-team governance cadence connecting multiple business partner teams to Engineering.
Delivery metrics framework design and ongoing leadership reporting (velocity, cycle time, throughput).
Agile Way of Working consistency across all six engineering sub-teams.
Coordination of program-level dependencies, risks, and escalation paths.
AI-augmented workflow adoption automation, documentation acceleration, meeting intelligence, sprint operations.
Requirements
8+ years of program or portfolio management experience, with direct ownership of delivery in complex environments.
Demonstrated track record of building Agile operating models from scratch not maintaining inherited ones.
Advanced proficiency in portfolio structure, automation scripting, and leadership dashboards.
Experience managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships across large enterprise teams.
Background in cloud, infrastructure, or platform engineering programs.
Strong delivery metrics and financial control orientation (cycle time, velocity, throughput, OKR alignment).
Comfort operating in high-ambiguity environments with minimal structure.
Preferred
Experience establishing PMO or delivery infrastructure in a new function or geography.
FinOps Certified Practitioner or demonstrated FinOps operational experience.
Active use of AI tools in delivery operations: Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, meeting intelligence, automation.
SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile framework credentials.
