Position Summary:
Manage multiple branches and supervise production personnel and their workflow, ensuring high morale, excellent customer service and maximum volume and profits.

- Lead, manage and direct day to day operations of multiple production branches.
- Interview, hire and train Division Managers and motivate all associates to achieve production goals. Maximize individual and team potential.
- Actively participate in company’s strategic planning. Set goals and objectives which are measurable, achievable and revolve around our customer service standards.
- Regularly meet with various company departments including Quality Control/Compliance, Secondary Marketing, Operations, Finance and Information Technology and ensure that the most updated processes, procedures and guidelines are implemented and adhered to by division associates.
- Provide EVP with updates and information that pertains to production metrics, statistics and performance for all region branches.
- Create a management succession plan for all branches in region and maintain a development plan for identified associates.
- Ensure compliance with federal government regulations, investor requirements, all corporate reporting requirements and company best practice standards (Company Roadmap).
- Ensure that the production staff maintains a pipeline of loans with emphasis on customer service, quality, accuracy and efficiency. Learn and maintain knowledge of all loan programs, underwriting guidelines and computer systems and ensure that the loan officers remain current as well.
- Remain current with investor guidelines. Communicate to Division Managers and other production staff as needed.
- Handle issues with borrowers, Lennar divisions, investors, mortgage associates as needed.
- Integrate the Lennar culture throughout the mortgage branches.
- Provide coaching and promote a professional team effort. Provide support for problem solving.
- Communicate with Senior Management with training needs and issues.
- Attend Homebuilding/status meetings as requested.
In addition to the above, each associate will be required to cross train for position(s) within the division organization structure as may, from time to time, be required by the EVP.

Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years as a branch manager
- Minimum 5 - 6 years of application and processing experience or equivalent mortgage background
- Strong computer background with 5 to 6 years experience in mortgage software and working knowledge of Word for Windows and Excel
- Current knowledge of closing and title requirements
- Current knowledge of loan processing and automated underwriting systems
- Current knowledge of FHLMC/FNMA/FHA/VA and industry underwriting guidelines
- Current knowledge of self-employed borrowers, partnership and corporation tax return analysis
- Strong mortgage operations background
- Valid driver's license and transportation
Contacts:
Regular interaction with homebuilding sales associates, prospective home buyers, lender representatives and underwriters, escrow and title personnel. Also deals with homebuilding division management as well as mortgage division staff. Visit sales offices and subdivisions as needed.
Physical Requirements:
Requires the ability to operate a personal computer, copier, climb stairs, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry materials and supplies weighing 20 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard.

General Overview of Compensation & Benefits:
We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an annual salary of $96,020.10 - $165,941, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations.
