Overview

The Sr Analyst, Tech and Business Management is responsible for supporting the Technology and Business Management team’s initiatives. This team will help drive and program manage significant initiatives (both one-time and ongoing) around executive communication, change management, talent management, organizational goals, processes and operating rhythm, and much more.  Strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a passion for driving change, are essential.  An ideal candidate must have a proven background in change management, program management, and communications. 



Responsibilities

  • Operate at a tactical, strategic, and operational level, supporting projects that do not neatly fit with in the organizational chart or that fall between departments or leadership areas of responsibility (including connecting teams working on similar initiatives)
  • Capture and track the Technology organization’s annual goals and objectives, measuring progress and providing updates to stakeholders
  • Develop and communicate crisp and clear presentations to senior leadership and the organization
  • Aid leadership in identifying priorities and risks that require attention and ensure department heads have adequate support
  • Lead communication and change management initiatives across the technology organization 
  • Act as business management partner to Tech leadership, coordinating and facilitating the technology planning and operating rhythms 
  • Distill discussions and thoughts from leadership into strategic plans


Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, IT, or related field required
  • 5+ years of experience in organizational program management / business management

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the role to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.

  • Self-starter with outstanding executive level communication, presentation, and leadership skills; high EQ with strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence
  • History of driving complex, ambiguous projects across multiple groups of stakeholders
  • Strong strategic thinker with knowledge of business and technology
  • Excellent organization, time-management and attention to detail with ability to multi-task
  • Comfortable working in a time-sensitive and rapidly changing organization
  • Quick leaner with a solution-oriented mindset and willingness to challenge
  • Positive attitude, passionate and energetic, sense of humor
  • 10-20% Travel is Required
