Lennar is looking for a Sr. Growth Specialist, Email Marketing to join our Marketing Team and lead the execution of scalable, automated email journeys that enhance customer engagement across all Lennar divisions nationally.

The Sr. Growth Specialist, Email Marketing will design and manage automated workflows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), leveraging first-party data to personalize communications and segment audiences effectively. This role will ensure consistent execution of email strategies across divisions, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns to exceed key engagement and conversion metrics.

Your Responsibilities on the Team 

  • Build, manage, and optimize automated customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).

  • Leverage first-party data to create personalized and segmented email campaigns that drive engagement with AMPscript.

  • Ensure consistent execution of email automation strategies across all divisions and business units.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve deliverability, engagement, and conversion rates.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand standards and compliance with email marketing best practices.

  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance automation processes and scalability.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent relevant experience required.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio).
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret campaign data to inform optimization decisions.

Additional Requirements:

  • Professionally perform multiple, detail-oriented tasks with simultaneous deadlines.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to listen, communicate professionally in both written and verbal manner.

  • Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize based on opportunity and risk.

  • Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
