Lennar Technology Group is  seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior Manager of Full Stack Development to lead a team in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge full-stack applications, with a focus on applied AI solutions. This role requires strong expertise across front-end and back-end technologies, and a proven ability to build AI-powered systems. The Incumbent  will partner closely with the Data & Analytics organization to integrate advanced analytics, machine learning models, and data-driven insights into enterprise applications.

Your Responsibilities on the Team 

  • Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of full-stack applications, with a focus on integrating applied AI and data insights.

  •  Partner closely with the Data & Analytics organization to ensure seamless integration of data models, machine learning algorithms, and analytics into applications.

  • Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI-powered solutions.

  •  Architect systems that allow for continuous improvement in AI-driven processes, predictive analytics, and data-driven decision-making.

  •  Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring scalability, performance, and security of full-stack applications and AI components.

  •  Leverage Palantir and other advanced data platforms to enable application development and AI integration  

  •  Manage and mentor a team of full-stack developers, fostering a collaborative environment across departments

  •  Drive innovation by partnering with the Emerging Technologies team for exploring emerging keeping up with the latest trends in AI and software development.

  •  Ensure APIs and design patterns are optimized for seamless integration with AI systems and broader enterprise platforms.

  •  Lead technical discussions and strategic decision-making with stakeholders to ensure  well designed software solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience in full-stack development (front-end and back-end) with 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.

  • Expertise in at least one front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and one back-end technology (Node.js, Python, Java, etc.).

  • Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with experience deploying scalable applications.

  • Strong understanding of applied AI and generative AI, including natural language processing (NLP), conversational interfaces and LLM integration

  • Proven track record of collaborating with data scientists and data engineers, especially on large-scale, high-impact AI initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of database management systems, both SQL and NoSQL.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring and developing engineering teams.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on leveraging AI and analytics to drive business outcomes.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with large-scale data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka.

•Experience with Palantir Foundry or similar platforms.
