Evaluate and operationalize security technologies and vendors, with a particular focus on AI-native and automation-first solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead vulnerability management and security review processes, using data-driven prioritization to focus engineering effort on the highest-risk exposures.
Establish and track engineering health metrics — including deployment frequency, mean time to remediate, automation coverage, and security debt — to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
Champion mentorship, career growth, and inclusive team culture across a geographically distributed engineering organization.
Partner with enterprise and domain architects to ensure security solutions are well-integrated, sustainable, and aligned with long-term technology direction.
