Join a Company that Empowers you to Build your Future
As Senior Product Manager for Road to Close, you will own the end-to-end pre-close buyer journey from the moment a customer signs their purchase agreement through the day they receive their keys. You will lead the development of a digital-first closing experience that reduces buyer anxiety, drives on-time closings, and deepens engagement with Lennar's affiliated services across mortgage, title, and insurance. This is a mission-critical role where you will define the strategy, shape the roadmap, and drive measurable outcomes across buyer communications, concierge, QC/QA, and One Lennar closing coordination. You will work across Design, Engineering, Data, Operations, and Sales to deliver a seamless, intelligent pre-close experience that sets a new standard for how Lennar guides buyers to the finish line.
Your Responsibilities on the Team
- Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the pre-close buyer experience, spanning contract through closing across all buyer touchpoints.
- Build and deliver a unified buyer portal that gives customers real-time visibility into their construction progress, milestone completions, document requirements, and closing readiness in a single, clean experience.
- Lead communication rationalization efforts to consolidate, sequence, and personalize the full stream of pre-close buyer communications — reducing noise, improving relevance, and ensuring buyers always know what to do next.
- Drive the digital concierge experience that guides buyers through the closing process, proactively surfaces next steps, and connects them to the right resources at the right moment.
- Partner with Title, Mortgage, and Insurance affiliated business teams to create a seamless One Lennar closing experience, reducing friction for buyers who utilize Lennar's affiliated services and surfacing opportunities to increase affiliate capture rates.
- Design and deliver QC/QA workflows that give buyers and internal teams clear visibility into home quality milestones, punch list resolution, and pre-close inspection status — building confidence heading into closing.
- Align multiple upstream and downstream teams including Sales, Construction, Title, Mortgage, Insurance, and Closing Operations on goals, metrics, rollout plans, and process changes.
- Define and own the metrics that matter, including on-time closing rates, buyer satisfaction scores, affiliate capture rates, and reductions in pre-close buyer escalations and inbound contact volume.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and continuous improvement.

- Experience with AI-powered products, automation workflows, or communication platforms is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, transaction management systems, or real estate closing processes is a plus.
- Experience in homebuilding, real estate, mortgage, or title is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to deliver crisp, credible briefs and navigate difficult trade-off conversations.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to operate independently, resolve ambiguity, and drive outcomes in a complex, fast-moving environment.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Humble, hungry to make an impact, and proactive in taking initiative.
