journey from the moment a homeowner closes on their new home through every
touchpoint that follows. You will lead the development of an AI-driven homeowner
platform that creates customers for life, reduces warranty cost to serve, and unlocks new
revenue and referral opportunities. This is a mission-critical role where you will define the
strategy, shape the roadmap, and drive measurable outcomes across warranty,
community, and post-close engagement. You will work across Design, Engineering, Data,
Operations, and Sales to deliver a seamless, intelligent experience that sets a new
standard for how Lennar supports its homeowners.
