Lennar Technology Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have at least 9+ years of experience in IT project management, with a strong background in Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). A PMP certification is preferred, along with extensive experience in leading SAFe teams as an RTE (Release Train Engineer). Knowledge of Kanban and Waterfall methodologies is required, and experience in Agile Transformation initiatives is highly desirable.

Your Responsibilities on the Team
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
Lead project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
SAFe Leadership:
Act as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) for SAFe Agile teams, facilitating program increment planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
Drive continuous improvement within the Agile Release Train (ART), fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability.
Methodology Expertise:
Utilize Kanban and Waterfall methodologies as needed, tailoring approaches to specific project requirements.
Coach and mentor project teams on Agile best practices, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality products and services.
Stakeholder Management:
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular project updates, status reports, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business goals and priorities.
Agile Transformation:
Contribute to Agile Transformation initiatives, driving organizational change and adoption of Agile principles and practices.
Lead by example, demonstrating Agile values such as collaboration, adaptability, and customer focus.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
7-10+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on software development and delivery.
PMP certification preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a SAFe RTE, leading Agile teams in large-scale projects.
Proven experience with Kanban and Waterfall methodologies.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks, with experience in Agile Transformation efforts.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
