The Regional Sr Integrated Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, managing, and executing cohesive multi-channel marketing strategies across 3–4 divisions to drive community awareness and customer engagement. This role will serve as the strategic link between division presidents, regional marketing leaders, sales executives, corporate digital marketing functions and local division field teams, ensuring divisional sales goals are met with alignment across digital advertising, content, events, field marketing, and partner initiatives.
Your Responsibilities on the Team
Requirements
Bachelor of Science or Arts degree or equivalent required/ High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in home building, real estate, marketing or consumer-facing industries preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple deadlines across various communities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build effective partnerships with internal teams and sales teams.
Resourceful and solution oriented.
Leverage digital and analytical tools with confidence to drive insights and outcomes.
Experience in home building, real estate, or consumer-facing industries is a plus.
Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to
operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25
lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
