The Sr Specialist, Skills & Assessments – plays a key role in translating Lennar’s core skills framework into actionable, future-ready career paths for Associates across the organization. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Skills & Assessments, this role is responsible for mapping defined skills to job roles and building clearer growth trajectories. The Sr Specialist collaborates with teams across Talent, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development (LSU) to ensure career pathways are clear, skills-based, and aligned with both business needs and Associate growth.

Leads the design and maintains clear, skills-based career paths by mapping core capabilities to roles, levels, and growth opportunities.
Partners with Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, and Learning (LSU) to embed career pathways into hiring, development, and mobility processes.
Leads the building of useable resources that support Associate growth, internal mobility, and organizational planning. Ex: Design and launch Career Journey and Career Portal.
Supports the broader Skills & Assessments and Performance and Talent COE in building and scaling processes that embed skills and career paths.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or Education.
3–5 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning, or related fields.
Experience building resources and programs in collaboration with other HR teams.
Ability to collaborate across teams and simplify complex concepts into tools.
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
