Lennar Mortgage’s Marketing Department is seeking a Copywriter & Communications Project Coordinator to support the Company through various related responsibilities. The position requires an ability to be multi-task oriented, self-sufficient, dependable, professional, supportive, and eager to learn. This role provides excellent growth opportunities to build and iterate on Internal Communications, exposure to key company initiatives, and a wide variety of internal and external copywriting possibilities
Your Responsibilities on the Team
· Reports to Marketing Manager and works closely with all members of the Marketing Department
· Lead our Internal Communication strategy and transformation
· Responsible for planning and executing various ongoing internal communications initiatives and outputs to support the Company
· Work closely with Graphic Designer(s) to craft engaging copy for a variety of content types - email campaigns, newsletters, sales collateral, blogs, and more
· Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative internal communication campaigns
· Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future communication strategies
· Maintain awareness on best practice marketing techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns
Your Toolbox
· 1-3 years of Copywriting experience in a corporate environment
· 1-3 years of project coordination with cross-functional teams
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or Journalism
· Excellent communications and relationship building skills
· Effective organizational and presentation skills with attention to detail
· Strong working knowledge of MS Office
· Marketing computer software and online applications (Trello, Stripo, CRM tools, Sprinklr, etc.) preferred.
