Lennar is seeking an Advertising Paralegal with experience (preferably) in real estate.

Your Responsibilities on the Team
Manage the legal review process for marketing initiatives, advertisements, and promotions, working with supervising attorneys.
Work with outside counsel to draft/review rules for sweepstakes, contests, and giveaways.
Support national teams on marketing-related activities and co-branded partnerships.
Educate and train the organization on legal aspects of marketing, advertising, and promotions, assisting with the development of policies, templates, guidelines, and training materials.
Perform marketing and advertising legal research.
Assist with drafting, editing and formatting Purchase and Sale Agreement Documents.
General administrative duties for one or more attorneys in corporate legal department.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required, legal coursework a plus.
At least three (3) years of experience in-house or law firm a focus on advertising or intellectual property law preferred.
Knowledgeable with electronic matter management systems a plus (e.g. Airtable, Legal Tracker, iManage) .
Attention to detail, strong work ethic, good judgment, sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
Proven ability to revise, organize, and track high volume submissions.
Team player, able to work well with other members of the corporate legal, accounting, HR and operational teams to achieve company objectives on an often-short timeline.
Strong intelligence, knowledge of required functions and ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
Excellent time management and outstanding organizational skills.
Experience as a legal executive assistant or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint (familiarity with Airtable and Serengeti also desirable).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
Must possess professional appearance and demeanor.
Must possess ability to handle priorities under pressure.
Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule is required.
Interact well with co-workers.
Understand and follow work rules and procedures.
Accept constructive feedback.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
