As Manager, Business Insights-Pricing, you will guide and inspire your team to take a data-driven approach in designing and implementing strategic solutions aimed at enhancing and optimizing revenue strategies and metrics to improve financial results. As part of the corporate Business Analytics leadership team, you will work closely with Division Sales Management at Lennar to gain a comprehensive understanding of the diverse processes and strategies affecting performance and provide strategic support on revenue tools and strategies including market trends, customer behaviors and competitor actions. You will oversee the analysis of various relevant data points, ensuring that your team arrives at and concisely communicates fact-based recommendations that influence multiple Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across stakeholder(s). Your leadership will be pivotal in driving the team's success and aligning their efforts with the Business Analytics team goals.

Your Responsibilities on the Team
Collaborate with all lines of business to develop a deep understanding of the process, strategies and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that impact revenue, costs and overall profitability.
Build and lead a team of Pricing Strategists and assist Lennar’s divisions in executing the Company’s revenue goals through training, change management and support in implementation and adoption of new revenue tools and strategies.
Lead your team to deliver objective analyses of complex business issues, leveraging a profound understanding of data, analytics, and business principles. Encourage critical thinking and foster an environment where data-driven decisions are the norm.
Seek out new areas of potential improvement and work with your team to drill into the details to find the root cause of problems. This requires a willingness to question results and assumptions, and an internal drive for continuous improvement.
Interpret insights from existing dashboards and reports, and as needed, augment with analysis from separate data sources or research.
Translate data and insights into actionable and relevant recommendations by utilizing visualization and/or data analysis tools, presentations and other means to effectively communicate clear and concise conclusions.
Take ownership of the data and work to ensure that data is as complete and accurate. This requires working with functional leaders to understand business processes behind the data and with corporate analytics and IT teams to understand how the data is sourced, processed and stored. Guide your team on completing data completeness and accuracy.
Establish and nurture relationships with stakeholders that develop trust and help drive adoption.
Oversee day-to-day implementation and analysis of the different initiatives.
Performs related duties as assigned.
Stay abreast of the latest market trends and dynamics that impact the homebuilding market.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics or other related business or quantitative field. MBA or comparable work experience is preferred.
Managerial experience or experience managing junior team members required.
5-8+ years as a pricing or business analyst or other comparable analytical role with experience in homebuilding, revenue management or revenue operations.
Demonstrated skills and experience developing and performing quantitative analysis which may include financial and/or statistical modeling.
Strong understanding of revenue management principles, pricing strategies, and revenue optimization techniques.
Strong oral and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in business terms using simple, concise and relatable examples.
An ability to think critically to identify, analyze and resolve problems in a timely manner and persuade stakeholders to accept solutions.
High Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Knowledge of the homebuilding industry and market dynamics a plus.
Experience in Six Sigma, Lean other process improvement methodologies a plus, but not required.
