Overview: Shaping Lennar’s Talent Future
At Lennar, we’re not just building homes — we’re building the future by attracting top-tier talent to drive our mission forward. As a Recruiter, you’ll be at the center of that effort, partnering with hiring managers to source, assess, and deliver exceptional candidates who are aligned with our values and ready to make an impact.
You’ll operate within a specialty recruiting model, focused on one or more of our core functions—Buy, Build, Sell, Corporate, or Financial Services—with the flexibility to support across other functions when needed. This role demands a performance mindset, adaptability, and a deep understanding of how to blend process, people, and technology to drive results.
We’re looking for a strategic, consultative recruiter—someone who leads with insight, thinks like a business partner, and thrives in a fast-moving, tech-enabled environment. You must be comfortable using AI and digital tools to find, engage, and deliver top talent with quality, speed, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Talent Delivery
• Identify, engage, and deliver fully vetted candidates who are ready to move forward with hiring managers—saving them time and energy.
• Own the full lifecycle recruiting process for assigned roles, ensuring alignment with hiring manager goals and business needs.
• Leverage AI tools, sourcing platforms, and outreach strategies to proactively uncover and attract top talent.
2. Candidate Experience & Engagement
• Create compelling candidate journeys by personalizing outreach and communication.
• Build strong, ongoing pipelines and nurture long-term relationships with both active and passive candidates.
• Tell the Lennar story with authenticity—helping candidates understand the culture, opportunity, and impact.
3. Operational Excellence & Tech Adoption
• Use data and KPIs to track performance, diagnose roadblocks, and refine recruiting strategies.
• Navigate and optimize recruiting systems, including Workday and Paradox, to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Embrace automation and AI as tools to improve your impact and simplify the recruiter workload.
4. Cross-Functional Partnership
• Collaborate closely with functional team leads (Process Optimization, Systems & Tech, Recruiter Excellence) to align on priorities.
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor to business leaders, offering insights, market intel, and strategic hiring recommendations.
• Demonstrate agility and flexibility to support broader TA goals and shifting business demands.
What You Bring
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
• Comfort using modern recruiting technologies, sourcing platforms, and AI tools.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand different functions and role requirements.
• Consultative communication style with strong storytelling, influence, and relationship-building skills.
• Data fluency—using metrics to drive action, identify trends, and deliver results.
• Curiosity, emotional intelligence, and the resilience to navigate change with positivity.
Join a Talent Acquisition team that’s at the forefront—powered by purpose, driven by data, and built for the future.
If you’re passionate about finding and delivering the best talent—and ready to grow with an organization that values innovation, adaptability, and results—we’d love to meet you.
