We are searching for an experienced and passionate Escrow Closing Assistant to join our dynamic team at Lennar Title. As the Escrow Closing Assistant, you will assist in various critical functions related to reviewing title commitments, preparing ALTA and CD settlement statements, and preparing documents for formal closing presentations with buyers, sellers and their agents, and disbursing funds. You will also be responsible in ensuring our clients are satisfied with our service, and responsible for organizing and maintaining the office lobby, and courteously, cheerfully, and professionally receiving clients, customers, co-workers, visitors, and vendors.

Your Responsibilities on the Team

  • Escrow Essential Functions: Assists the Escrow Officer in reviewing commitments, ordering estoppels, pay offs, clearing title requirements, and preparing CD/ALTA settlement statements. Assists with post-closing duties. Corresponds with all parties involved in the Escrow closing process.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Provides a high level of customer service with proactive clear and concise communication. Answers and assists incoming telephone callers with polished telephone etiquette. Creates a positive image of Lennar Title.
  • Compliance: Prepares final closing package and reviews documents to be recorded for accuracy.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintains and organizes the office lobby, while courteously, cheerfully, and professionally welcoming all guests. Prioritizes and meets deadlines and handles multiple tasks. Performs assigned clerical duties as needed.


Your Toolbox

  • High School diploma or GED required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required

  • 1+ years of direct Title insurance experience preferred




Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:



Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is an essential function of this job. Requires the ability to work in excess of eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds. Job may require occasional operation of construction equipment. Finger dexterity may be required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
