Future Builders Program - Corporate Roles
We encourage recent and upcoming college graduates to join our Future Builders Program as a full-time associate. Throughout this one-year program, learn key areas of the business by rotating through some of our top corporate roles. At successful completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to transition into an available role with Lennar – location will be based on availability. We encourage all incoming Future Builders to understand Lennar and our roles through exceptional mentorship and leadership efforts.
Lennar Financial Services Rotation
The Financial Services graduate will undergo two rotations: Accounting and Audit. The Accounting rotation will include preparing financial statements, journal entries, and reconciliations for month-end and quarterly-end closing activities. The Audit rotation will focus more on the adequacy and compliance of internal control systems. They will examine records, reports, operating practices, and more documentation to appraise the accuracy of our systems.
