The HR Operations Specialist provides high-quality service by providing accurate and timely responses to all Lennar Associates who contact the Shared Service Center with Benefits, Payroll, and other HR inquiries. This role acts as an HR advocate, offering Associates a platform to voice concerns while exemplifying Lennar’s service standards of professionalism and empathy in every interaction.

Your Responsibilities on the Team 

  • Foster a Tickled, Delighted, and Happy (TDH) service experience.
  • Manage and process HR lifecycle transactions like pre-boarding, transfers, terminations, and data changes.
  • Ensure HR data compliance with federal, state, and regulatory standards.
  • Respond to Associate and manager inquiries via various communication formats within defined SLAs and quality measures.
  • Provide accurate responses and support for Lennar policies, procedures, benefits, payroll, and vendor support.
  • Use sound judgment and resources to resolve Associate issues, including policies, processes, and employment law.
  • Consult with functional partners in Benefits, Payroll, and HRMS.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required.
  • 1-3 years of call center or shared services experience preferred.
  • 1-3 years of HR and/or administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with computer software applications, including MS Office.
  • Experience with HRMS applications.
  • 1-2 years of Workday experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Federal, State, and Local employment and health care laws and regulations.
  • Proven customer service excellence with strong interpersonal skills, comfortable working with all organizational levels.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate computer keyboard, calculator and telephone equipment.
