Entry level Marketing intern position. Includes assisting in all aspects of new home community marketing.

Your Responsibilities on the Team
Assists the marketing team with all aspects of new home marketing, which includes: new community start-up, model home merchandising coordination, community signage, advertising, digital marketing and general marketing department support.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or obtained a degree with sales or marketing
Able to perform multiple, detail-orientated tasks with simultaneous deadlines
Must represent company in a professional manner
Good writing skills
Valid Drivers License
Team player with strong work ethic and integrity; Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule is required.
Follow directions from a supervisor
Interact well with co-workers
Understand and follow posted work rules and procedures
Accept constructive criticism
Team Player
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Position requires attendance at meetings outside of division office and trips to models/communities. Position requires ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator. Coordinator will be required to operate a motor vehicle.
