Marketing Intern

Entry level Marketing intern position. Includes assisting in all aspects of new home community marketing.

Your Responsibilities on the Team 

• Assists the marketing team with all aspects of new home marketing, which includes: new community start-up, model home merchandising coordination, community signage, advertising, digital marketing and general marketing department support.

• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or obtained a degree with sales or marketing

• Able to perform multiple, detail-orientated tasks with simultaneous deadlines

• Must represent company in a professional manner

• Good writing skills

• Valid Drivers License

• Team player with strong work ethic and integrity; Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule is required.

• Follow directions from a supervisor

• Interact well with co-workers

• Understand and follow posted work rules and procedures

• Accept constructive criticism

• Team Player

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Position requires attendance at meetings outside of division office and trips to models/communities.  Position requires ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less.  Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.  Coordinator will be required to operate a motor vehicle.

General Overview of Compensation & Benefits:

We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an hourly rate of $16.00 - $19, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations.
