The Land Analyst will work directly with the VP of Land Development, Directors of Land Development, Land Development Managers, and Land Acquisition Managers on project estimating and budgeting. 

• Establish and maintain historical project costs and use data for future acquisitions and existing projects.
• Develop cost reports on a monthly basis
• Meet quarterly with project managers to adjust cost schedules and projected spending
• Manage and prepare development costs for all phases of development and provide budget analysis to management and project team
• Establish proper cost estimating method for land acquisition targets and annual business plans
• Review bid tabulations for accuracy

• Assist project managers in implementing new budgets and closing out budgets for completed projects
• Update project schedules in Microsoft Project on weekly basis for ongoing land projects
• Consolidate contractors’ schedules into the project schedule to identify critical path activities

• Bachelor Degree in finance, economics, or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Access and Microsoft Project a plus.
• Good organizational skills and communication skills.
