Overview

A Business Transformation Analyst is a pivotal role in driving organizational change. They are the bridge between strategy and execution, analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and developing strategies to achieve desired outcomes.



Responsibilities

  • Process Mapping and Analysis: Understanding existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and creating process flow diagrams.
  • Data Analysis: Gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Change Impact Assessment: Evaluating the potential impact of proposed changes on various business functions and stakeholders.
  • Business Requirement Identification: Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope and translating business needs into project requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Building relationships and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Change Management: Supporting the adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of mortgage activities and regulatory compliance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python)
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience leading complex projects from start to finish with a track record of successful completion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:

Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is an essential function of this job. Requires the ability to work more than eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds. Job may require occasional operation of construction equipment. Finger dexterity may be required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
