LMC Emblem Communities is a division of LMC focused on the programmatic development of suburban apartment housing across the nation.
Responsibilities

Summary of Position:

The Program Manager position will be based in the State and City in one of the LMC Emblem offices (CA, OR, WA, AZ, CO, WI, IL, RI, MA, MD, GA, FL, MN, or TX). The Program Manager is responsible for managing operational functions related to the LMC Emblem Communities platform. The associate will report directly to the Emblem Communities Division President as well as have access to multiple corporate leaders throughout the company. The Program Manager is expected to concurrently and successfully work collaboratively with team members across all LMC disciplines nationwide and manage multiple projects with short deadlines.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work hand-in-hand with the Division President to provide support to all divisions and enforce protocol and consistency across the nation
• Manage the development of all LMC Emblem communities in a geographical area together with the local development and construction teams
• Develop and maintain prototype construction drawings in conjunction with the Senior Director of Construction and national architect
• Manage the expansion of the prototype with regional variations for structure, mechanical, and elevations in conjunction with the Senior Director of Construction and national architect
• Manage and maintain contracts for national consultants alongside the Controller
• Collaborate with each LMC discipline to ensure full coordination of construction drawings
• Coordinate the construction administration for all active communities alongside local teams
• Manage and maintain the LMC Emblem master scheduling tool for each active community
• Create and maintain LMC Emblem Communities product manual
• Maintain and enforce the LMC Emblem Communities collaboration protocol
• Conduct lessons learned meeting on each community and refine the prototype
• Manage all approved prototype modifications
• Maintain and distribute the monthly pipeline report

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Civil Engineering, and/or
• Minimum of 5 years of significant experience in real estate development (preferably with an emphasis on Multifamily) and project management.

This is a position which requires the ability to view computer screens, mobile devices and other electronic equipment, paper reports, and journals for extended periods of time where visual strain may result. Must be able to frequently walk, stand, and climb stairs in and around construction sites, communities, apartment homes, models and properties. Also, must have the ability to speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 20 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary. Regular travel is required to visit communities and offices throughout the region, and to attend training classes, business meetings, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position. Must have ability to operate an automobile.
