Senior Director, PMO and M&A is a newly created role, responsible for leading enterprise portfolio
management and driving integration strategy and execution across M&A efforts within the LTG
organization.

The Senior Director, PMO and M&A will establish and lead the Project Portfolio Management Office
within LTG while also owning the technology integration strategy and execution for M&A initiatives. This cross-functional role is essential in aligning Lennar’s technology investments to enterprise goals, enabling high-quality execution of digital programs, and seamlessly integrating newly acquired businesses into Lennar’s ecosystem.
You will collaborate with stakeholders across Technology, Corporate Strategy, Operations, Finance, and Division Leadership to ensure portfolio and M&A efforts are strategically aligned and successfully delivered.

Your Responsibilities on the Team
Portfolio Management & Strategic Governance
Stand up and lead the LTG Project Portfolio Management Office (PMO) to manage intake, prioritization, planning, and governance of all major LTG initiatives.
Drive strategic portfolio planning, including business case development, financial forecasting, sequencing, and resource management across multiple business and technology functions.
Maintain a living technology roadmap aligned with enterprise business priorities, identifying cross-program synergies and risks.
Create and standardize delivery processes, project KPIs, and reporting mechanisms that provide transparency and accountability across initiatives.
M&A Strategy & Integration
Serve as the technology leader for M&A integration efforts—working from early diligence through post-acquisition stabilization.
Evaluate the technical environment, infrastructure, systems, and data architecture of acquisition targets.
Develop integration playbooks, lead program planning, and oversee execution of technology, data, and business process integration.
Partner with Corporate Strategy, Legal, HR, and Business Units to deliver seamless integration experiences that preserve business continuity and unlock strategic value.
Enterprise Program Execution
Lead cross-functional delivery teams through the successful execution of complex technology and business transformation programs.
Identify interdependencies, manage program risk, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, providing status visibility, issue escalation, and benefits realization tracking.
Drive a culture of delivery excellence, promoting Agile and hybrid project methodologies where appropriate.
Leadership & Talent Development
Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of portfolio managers, program leaders, and M&A integration specialists.
Set clear goals, manage performance, and create growth opportunities for team members.
Lead by example as a hands-on strategist and doer—comfortable rolling up your sleeves to manage high-priority initiatives directly when needed.
Requirements
15+ years of experience in enterprise program management, PMO leadership, and/or technology-led M&A integration.
5+ years of experience in a senior leadership capacity managing complex project portfolios across business and IT.
Deep understanding of digital transformation, ERP/CRM platforms, and enterprise system integrations.
Proven success leading technology integration across mergers or acquisitions (real estate, construction, or tech sector experience a plus).
Strong executive presence and the ability to influence across matrixed organizations.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications are a plus.
