The Senior Director, Product is an executive-level role responsible for leading the visualization sub-vertical within the Product Organization. This role involves shaping the long-term product strategy for visualization technologies, continuously optimizing for the ROI of development efforts, working at start-up pace and speed, driving cutting edge use of AI and collaborating continuously with stakeholders across the company. The Senior Director, Product will be a key member of the Product Org leadership team, influencing the products, team culture and business impact we aim to deliver for the company while setting a high bar for performance across the organization.
Executive Product Leadership:
- Develop and drive the product vision and strategy for visualization technologies, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission, values, and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the executive team to prioritize product investments, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to maximize strategic impact.
- Ensure that teams and products deliver against key performance indicators (KPIs) and contributes to the company’s overall growth.
Leadership and Organizational Development:
- Manage a team across various job functions, ensuring strong team planning, performance and culture.
- Set organizational goals and drive accountability at all levels.
- Lead initiatives to optimize the product development process, implementing best practices that drive efficiency, quality, and innovation.
- Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, ensuring that all products meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Drive a culture of continuous innovation, encouraging teams to explore new ideas and technologies that differentiate the company’s products in the market.
Strategic Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with leaders across the organization, including design, marketing, sales, finance, and operations, to drive cross-functional initiatives that enhance product success and operational efficiency.
- Lead the development and execution of integrated product releases, ensuring that product launches and sustained development are successful and meet business objectives.
Stakeholder and Market Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the executive team, internal and external customers and companywide stakeholders.
- Present product strategies, performance updates, and key initiatives to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive activities, and emerging technologies, using this knowledge to guide strategic product decisions.

Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of driving product innovation, leading high-performing teams, and delivering successful products at scale.
