Prepares and distributes the monthly Executive Summary book to Senior Management, by consolidating, formatting and tying the schedules provided by various departments and subsidiaries.  This position also prepares numerous monthly and quarterly reconciliations for Essbase uploads, as well as prepares monthly and quarterly internal reports and fulfills ad hoc quests for Senior Management.

Your Responsibilities on the Team 

  • Rebate reconciliation and reporting.

  • Weekly sales database reconciliation.

  • Headcount reconciliation.

  • Average square footage reconciliation.

  • Backlog reconciliation and reporting.

  • Land stages inventory reconciliation.

  • LFS segment breakdown.

  • Executive summary reporting.

  • Quarterly reports distribution.

  • Preparations for subsequent month.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.

  • 4 or more years of Financial Reporting experience.

  • Microsoft Excel Advanced Formulas and VBA programming.

  • Accounting knowledge.

  • Analytical and organizational skills.

  • Able to pay attention to detail.

  • Ability to multi-task.

  • Verbal and written communication skills.
