Lennar Technology Group IT is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Program Manager to lead and manage multiple large-scale IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, with extensive leadership experience and proficiency in various project management methodologies. This role demands exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on facilitating solution-oriented meetings.

Your Responsibilities on the Team 

  • Program Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple large IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  •  Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Project Methodologies: Utilize Agile (Scrum, XP, etc.), Waterfall, and Predictive methodologies to manage projects effectively.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure clear communication of project goals, progress, and outcomes.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on project performance, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget constraints.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years as an IT Project Manager, with at least 10+ years in leadership roles.
  • Certifications: PMP certification preferred.
  • Methodologies: In-depth knowledge of SAFe, Lean (Kanban), and Product Management.
  • Skills: Proven experience in leading multiple large projects and managing multiple teams. Expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  •  Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on facilitating solution-oriented meetings and sessions that accomplish the agenda.
  •  SAFe Certification: Understanding and experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  •  Lean (Kanban) Knowledge: Familiarity with Lean principles and Kanban for continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Product Management: Experience or knowledge in product management is a plus.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
