Lennar Title is seeking an experienced Senior Database Developer to join our dynamic IT Team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, with a strong background in database architecture, performance tuning, T-SQL Developer and a solid understanding of cloud-based data solutions, preferably within Microsoft Azure. The primary task will be maintenance, support, enhancement, and development of new database solutions, which consist of multiple SSIS packages, stored procedures, hard-coded tables, Azure Data Factory pipelines, and SSRS reports.

Your Responsibilities on the Team
Design, development, and maintenance of complex SQL databases, stored procedures, SSIS packages, and Azure Data Factory pipelines.
Analyze existing database structures and recommend improvements for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with software developers and business analysts to implement robust data solutions.
Optimize and troubleshoot queries, indexing strategies, and database bottlenecks,
Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with internal and external standards.
Reverse engineering existing Code to understand/develop requirements.
Collaborate with software developers and system architects to optimize database usage and support application development.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in SQL Development.
Expertise in T-SQL, performance tuning, query optimization, and database design.
Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as SSIS and Azure Data Factory.
Familiarity with source control systems like Git.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
