Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations

Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to lead and optimize our recruitment operations. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our talent acquisition function, ensuring streamlined, scalable processes that align with the organization’s growth and evolving needs. As the leader of TA operations, you will collaborate closely with TA leadership, technology partners, and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, elevate recruitment performance, and optimize technology solutions. This role is based in Miami, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring seamless execution of attraction, sourcing, interviewing and hiring across multiple teams and locations.
- Lead, mentor, and empower a team of TA operations specialists and change champions. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and provide guidance in process optimization, troubleshooting, and driving operational efficiency.
- Spearhead the development and implementation of process documentation, SOPs, and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency in recruitment operations.
- Lead and manage external vendor relationships, including regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and vendor improvement meetings. Ensure vendor performance aligns with organizational goals and continuously drive improvements in service delivery, cost-effectiveness, and system integration.
- Establish and maintain robust reporting frameworks to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate experience, and cost-per-hire. Provide actionable insights to leadership to drive informed decision-making.
- Partner with TA Process Improvement Manager to ensure alignment between operational processes and recruitment strategies. Collaborate on the development and execution of recruitment programs that contribute to organizational goals.
- Utilize advanced analytics and data insights to drive continuous improvement in TA operations. Monitor KPIs and recommend actionable improvements based on data analysis to optimize the talent acquisition process.
- Partner with the compliance team to create enablement resources for talent acquisition (TA) to ensure recruitment processes follow legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements. Lead voluntary audits to regularly assess and confirm adherence to best practices and ensure the ongoing alignment of TA activities with compliance standards and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition operations or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Experience working with large-scale, high-volume recruiting operations.
- Strong understanding of applicable laws, regulations, and best practices related to employment, with a demonstrated ability to apply sound judgment in decision-making.
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as AI sourcing tools, video interviewing platforms, and onboarding software.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex recruitment programs in a fast-paced environment, ideally within high-growth or high-tech industries.

- Exceptional planning, organizational, and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
- Familiarity with talent acquisition technologies, including ATS and recruitment marketing platforms, with a focus on implementing best practices and innovations
- Strong interpersonal, counseling, and negotiation skills, with an emphasis on stakeholder engagement.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.
- Proven budget planning and resource allocation to align with strategic objectives.
- Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to utilize data to drive decision-making.
- Thorough understanding of recruitment methods and best practices, as well as federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
