Responsibilities

The Workflow Specialist will perform the tasks required to support off-shore Associates performing tasks for Lennar Mortgage. The Workflow Specialist is required to ensure alignment and communication with all parties to maintain expectations related to workflow management.  The Workflow Specialist must ensure the adherence to Lennar Mortgage standards related to offshore interaction and management of policies.

  • Key contact for fulfillment company to ensure appropriate processes are provided
  • Act as liaison between mortgage company and Fulfillment Company
  • Insure timely completion of all tasks by monitoring pipelines
  • Work with escrow coordinators and title company to ensure documents required re received
  • Standard Operation Procedure adherence and update accordingly
  • Assist with post-closing follow up
  • Send Daily reports as needed
  • Request credentials for new hires
  • Termination requests as requested by Digital Risk
  • Other tasks, as assigned


Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ previous loan processing/origination/closing or underwriting experience.
  • Prior management experience in lending a plus
  • Prior builder lending experience a plus
  • Maintain a knowledge of lending guidelines, investor programs, industry requirements and changes.
  • LOS software experience required
  • Ability to be self-motivated and highly driven to succeed
  • Desire to do all levels of work from elementary to advanced in position
  • Demonstrated computer skills in Word and Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a high level of professional integrity.
  • High level of customer service skills.
  • Maintains a positive, helpful, constructive attitude and work relationship with internal and external customers
  • Strong time management and organizational skills in a dynamic, constantly changing environment.
