Lennar Mortgage is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented BPO Services Specialist to play a crucial role in the efficient and effective delivery of our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services to our vendor(s). The BPO Services Specialist will be responsible for executing specific outsourced processes, ensuring service level agreements are met, and providing excellent communication. This role requires strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Your Responsibilities on the Team 

  • Process Execution: Execute assigned BPO processes accurately and efficiently, adhering to established procedures, workflows, specific requirements.

  • Data Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain data within relevant systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and review the quality of work performed to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with quality standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Issue Resolution: Identify, analyze, and resolve routine operational issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.

  • Vendor Partner Communication: Communicate effectively and professionally with vendor partner regarding process updates, inquiries, and issue resolution, under the guidance of senior team members.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes, procedures, and any exceptions or deviations.

  • Reporting: Assist in the preparation of regular reports on process performance, key metrics, and any potential risks or challenges.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains and contribute to the development and implementation of solutions.

  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams (e.g., IT, Operations, Sales and IT) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Compliance: Adhere to all relevant company policies, industry regulations, and client-specific compliance requirements.

  • Training and Development: Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to BPO processes and industry best practices.

  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of basic business processes and workflows.

  • Proficiency in using computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.  

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.  

  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to providing high-quality service.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a specific industry relevant to the BPO services offered (e.g., finance, healthcare, customer support, legal).

  • Familiarity with creating Standard Operating Procedures or Work Instructions

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
