Trade Compliance Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for supervision and frontline workload management and performance of Trade Partner analysts and acting as the first line of escalation/surge support for Trade Partner tasks and issues. You will also be responsible for analyst training and development and ensuring adherence to standardized processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of the targeted process areas, and the ability to develop and performance manage analysts.

Your Responsibilities on the Team 

  • Align to support rollout and execution of the strategic vision from the NPO/ Sr. Trade compliance manager positions regarding, standardization, simplification, and optimization. 

  • Oversee the workload and performance of Trade Partner Setup analysts, ensuring efficient task allocation and quality of work.

  • Act as the first line of escalation for complex issues, providing guidance and solutions to analysts 

  • Responsible for addressing process issues identified by the team or Divisions and providing solutions for seamless operations.

  • Drive adherence to trade compliance policies for Trade Partner setup, contracting, and insurance at both the organizational and state levels.

  • Measure analyst performance, provide constructive feedback for improvement and create development plans as needed.

  • Facilitate training sessions for new and existing associates, ensuring they understand processes and tools; support the development of training manuals and materials.

  • Oversee the maintenance of digital Address Book Revision (ABR) forms and the execution of related processes.

  • Implement and support quality control measures to ensure accuracy and adherence to 'Gold Standard' processes in Trade Partner Setup related to trade partner outreach, contracting, documentation and submission.

  • Serve as the in-house expert on trade partner setup processes and 'Gold Standard' procedures. 

  • Support creation and quality review of contracts and legal documents as needed in collaboration with legal.

  • Supervise CLM system maintenance to ensure the integrity and timely completion of trade partner contracts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree and 3-5 years or related experience required.

  • Ability to establish and implement departmental goals and objectives.

  • Strong verbal and written skills, and ability to convey complex information in a way that others can readily follow.

  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
