The Senior Manager, Skills & Assessments, plays a pivotal role in defining and embedding the skills required for Lennar Associates to excel in leadership, job performance, and continuous improvement. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams—including Talent Acquisition, Talent, and Learning & Development (LSU) — to integrate these capabilities into hiring, training, and development processes. Additionally, the Senior Manager will spearhead the implementation of Lennar’s first unified, tech-enabled assessment program to evaluate candidate alignment with the company's core capabilities, ensuring a high standard of excellence across all Associates.

Your Responsibilities on the Team 

  • Identify skills needed for all Associates across job performance, continuous improvement and leadership
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate capabilities into hiring and training processes.
  • Manage and oversee tech-enabled assessments for candidates.
  • Ensure consistent application of capabilities across departments.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance tools and frameworks to meet business needs.

Your Toolbox 

  • 4 to 7 years of project leadership experience in learning & development at Fortune 500 companies with a focus on launching and scaling programs to Associates.
  • Designed and implemented large-scale, tech-enabled programs at scale.
  • Led cross-functional projects, collaborating across multiple teams, including working closely with internal and external technology platforms.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
