This position is responsible for staffing, training and coaching of Homebuyer Concierges for the division.  Oversees administrative and escrow support to the Sales and Marketing department, including Homebuyer Concierges to New Home Consultants, through a variety of related responsibilities. Your Responsibilities on the Team 

  • Hires and administers an adequate Homebuyer Concierge (HBC’s) force to meet division goals. Serve as the HBC point of contact for any escalating issues.

  • Drive Backlog Management by verifying Buyers are communicated with on a weekly basis. Coordinate regular reviews of HBC’s and implementation of necessary improvement programs.

  • Set clear and concise expectations with HBC’s that support Lennar processes and policies. Coordinate as needed with other department associates regarding escrow process, construction schedules, customer care and homebuyer scheduling of events.

  • Monitor market trends and competition.

  • Attend and/or conduct HBC quarterly meeting involving whole team of HBC’s.

  • Provide real-time feedback and analytics to Sales department regarding sales activities and Backlog Management.

  • Provide HBC’s with relevant updates on the status of their position and coaching to better the position for the division’s needs. Including Monthly Report Cards to track metrics.

  • Further establish relationships between the HBC, Mortgage, Title, Construction, Sales and Closing departments.

  • Attend any and all special promotional events for communities as directed by the department head. Inform department head on a continual basis of changes, potential problems and outstanding issues of concern.

  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Five (5) years of experience in sales management and/or real estate or management related industries required High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

  • High level Customer Service in high volume business environment.

  • Professional or greater proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor with ability to utilize technology for virtual meetings and videos.

  • Ability to adapt quickly and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and excellent organization skills.

  • Valid Driver’s License and valid auto insurance coverage required.

  • Adhere to company processes and policies, and accept constructive criticism.

  • Must have ability to multi-task while meeting various deadlines.

  • Requires resourcefulness, patience and clarity.

  • Strong management and motivational skills.

  • Accept constructive feedback.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:

This is a primarily sedentary office position which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office supplies and materials weighing at least 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate computer keyboard, calculator and telephone equipment. May operate a motor vehicle.
