The Senior Manager, Data Engineering will lead our data engineering initiatives, managing teams of data engineers, analysts, and developers to architect and build modern, scalable data solutions that directly drive business impact. This role is pivotal in our ongoing migration from Azure to AWS, embracing a full cloud and data lake architecture. You will play a critical role in optimizing our data pipelines, empowering Data Scientists and Analysts, and enabling advanced AI and GenAI initiatives that will shape the future of our business.
This leader will ensure seamless data operations, create efficient data frameworks, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, with a sharp focus on business results and impact. Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:
Regular, in-person attendance at the Lennar office during regular work hours is essential. This is primarily a sedentary office position requiring the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move up to 25 lbs. Occasional travel may be required.
