The Treasury Analyst is responsible for Treasury Management functions, focusing on optimizing corporate card programs as well as cash and bank account management, letters of credit and surety bond management. This includes overseeing card issuance, analyzing usage patterns for cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring policy compliance. Additionally, they will prepare detailed ad hoc and monthly reports for managers and senior leadership, providing valuable insights into financial performance and program effectiveness. Your Responsibilities on the Team 

  • Manage corporate card programs, including Purchase Cards, Business Travel Accounts, T&E, and ePayables programs.

  • Maintain accurate records for each card issued, ensure proper training for cardholders and approvers, and identify and convert vendors to ePayables or ACH.

  • Analyze card usage, rebate generation, and cost savings, monitoring for credit limit compliance and policy adherence.

  • Ensure timely payment of bills and conduct quarterly compliance checks.

  • Assist Accounting/Finance with journal entries and adhere to Treasury policies.

  • Analyze and reconcile internal reports, perform financial analysis, and communicate with division associates for research.

  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the security and integrity of corporate card platforms and related systems.

  • Assist in developing and implementing new policies and procedures to optimize corporate card programs and enhance efficiency.

  • Conduct regular training sessions for cardholders and approvers on program updates, best practices, and compliance requirements.

  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes related to corporate card programs, recommending adjustments to ensure alignment with best practices and compliance standards.

  • Participate in cross-functional teams and meetings to support strategic initiatives and projects impacting Treasury operations and financial performance.

  • Conduct monthly and quarterly analyses of critical business metrics and financial performance.

  • Undertake special projects as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, MBA preferred 


  • 2 or more years in Corporate Finance, Banking or Treasury experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – strong excel skills required

  • Demonstrated Computer proficiency with ability to learn new software/systems

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.

 

Additional Requirements:

  •  System experience with card processing platforms, automated approvals and electronic payments, etc. a plus

  • Familiarity with banking platforms (CashPro, Access, CEO) a plus

  • JDE experience or other ERP systems and card processing systems a plus

  • Active learner with ability to learn new systems quickly

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills a must along with ability to work with all levels 
within the organization

  • Must be a team player who is detailed-oriented, organized, and efficient, with analytical and 
problem solving skills, follow up skills and who works responsibly and independently

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment utilizing multi-tasking skills and to meet deadlines daily, weekly and monthly

  • Ability to work with all levels within the organization
