Central objective of the Associate Relations Team is to ensure fair and respectful treatment of Associates. This role will support the Associate Relations (AR) program, AR team, HR Team, and all Associates with an emphasis on a OneLennar, frictionless approach. Your Responsibilities on the Team
Triage new Associate Relations cases by classifying, requesting additional information, and preparing them for investigation or review.
Develop an understanding of the voice of our Associates and Leaders.
Drive communication to stakeholders to cut through the noise of competing requirements and facilitate action.
Build and maintain analytics and measurements. Analyze key metrics to uncover trends and root causes that inform program design.
Develop Quarterly Business Reviews by compiling data and narratives. Use quantitative results, perspectives, and anecdotal details to guide the business's direction.
Serve as lead subject matter expert on case management system (including enhancements/changes), data integrity, and case assignment to include auditing all cases and follow up with appropriate owners to ensure information is complete, thorough, and accurate.
Cross-functional collaboration: Build collaborative and influential relationships to bring solutions to life that remove friction from the Associate experience.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot issues independently and drive them to closure with minimal supervision; persevere in the face of internal and external barriers.
Create, audit, and update Knowledge articles for both internal and external facing stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
3-5+ years combined human resources, labor relations, Legal, or investigation program support experience.
3-5+ years’ experience with Case Management Systems including backend administration.
Solid understanding of federal and state employment and labor laws.
Experience in an environment of high-volume investigative fieldwork
Experience using HR metrics to find root causes
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to propose complex solutions and explanations in writing.
Empathetic and collaborative style of leadership.
Able to demonstrate sound judgement even in ambiguous situations
High attention to detail including precise and effective communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, environment.
Technically proficient in MS Office Suite systems
Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree, or other specialized training in labor/employee relations a significant plus
Professional HR certification preferred (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, HRCI, AWI, etc.)
Strong evidence of career development and or/evidence of superior performance in previous roles
