The Escrow Systems Support Specialist provides expert-level support to escrow teams by ensuring the proper functionality of escrow management software and related systems. This position focuses on resolving technical issues, optimizing system usage, and facilitating smooth daily operations for escrow officers and support staff. The specialist works closely with internal teams and software vendors to ensure that the escrow process is uninterrupted, secure, and compliant with industry regulations.
Your Responsibilities on the Team:
Provide Escrow System Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to escrow management systems
Assist escrow officers, processors, and support staff with system-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolutions.
Monitor escrow software performance, identifying areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
System Configuration and Maintenance:
Perform system configurations, including user access setup, workflow customization, and integration of new features or tools.
Manage updates, patches, and system upgrades in collaboration with the IT team to maintain optimal system performance and security.
Training and User Support:
Conduct one-on-one or group training sessions for escrow staff on system features, updates, and best practices.
Develop user guides, manuals, and FAQs to help staff effectively navigate the escrow system.
Collaboration with IT and Vendors:
Liaise with software vendors to resolve advanced system issues, escalate bugs, and request customizations based on business needs.
Coordinate with the IT department for any necessary hardware or software support required for escrow system functionality.
Data Integrity and Compliance:
Ensure that all escrow system processes adhere to regulatory compliance standards, including data security and audit requirements.
Perform regular system audits to ensure data accuracy, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Process Improvement:
Analyze the escrow workflow within the system and recommend enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
Assist with testing new software features, releases, or integrations before implementation to minimize disruption to escrow operations.
Report Generation:
Generate and manage escrow-related reports, including transaction status, user activity, and performance metrics, as requested by management.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
2+ years of experience in an escrow support role with a focus on escrow systems or real estate software
Hands-on experience with escrow management software (such as SoftPro, RamQuest, or ResWare) is required; SoftPro preferred
Knowledge of escrow operations, including closing, settlement, and title processes.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of escrow software configurations, workflows, and system integration.
Ability to troubleshoot software issues and implement system fixes in a timely manner.
Experience with user access management, system auditing, and maintaining security standards.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to resolving system-related challenges.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and support non-technical users in a clear, concise manner.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced escrow environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a real estate or title company.
Familiarity with programming languages in formula and document programming.
Certifications in IT support or escrow management systems are a plus.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:
Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is an essential function of this job. Requires the ability to work more than eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds. Job may require occasional operation of construction equipment. Finger dexterity may be required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
