The Customer Care Coordinator will handle all incoming customer care telephone calls and inquiries. They will process and manage all paperwork and information related to customer care and quality assurance. Additionally, the Coordinator will maintain customer care records and support various department activities.

Your Responsibilities on the Team
Prepare and distribute customer care lot files, walk-thru books, and related materials to project Customer Care Representatives (CCRs).
Receive and process homeowner service requests promptly according to established policies, including settlement and release forms and check requests.
Maintain customer care work authorizations and back charges.
Obtain supervisor approval for all customer care work authorizations and invoices.
Distribute the trade partner list for each community to customer care representatives.
Collect and update project customer care status information, input it into the system, and distribute weekly project reports.
Develop and maintain an organized filing system for projects and individual lots to ensure quick access to all correspondence and related data.
Manage the inventory of customer care forms and walk-thru books.
Order office supplies for the customer care department and representatives.
Assist customer care representatives with scheduling trade partners and homeowner appointments.
Provide support to customer care and/or construction staff.
Perform any additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
Three (3) years of customer service experience, preferably with a homebuilder.
High school diploma or GED required.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational skills.
Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM with accuracy for data entry.
Valid driver’s license.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional attitude required to positively represent the company.
Regular attendance and punctuality relative to the daily work schedule are mandatory.
Ability to understand and follow work rules and procedures.
Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate computer keyboard, calculator and telephone equipment.
