Program Summary: 

The Learning & Development Recent College Grad (RCG) will gain exposure to all aspects of the development of learning programs at Lennar. Associates will work alongside seasoned professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture while contributing to impactful projects, and become immersed in Lennar’s culture through onboarding (including a visit to a Lennar Community), hands-on training, and teambuilding. Upon program completion, high-performing RCGs may be promoted within a similar role under Learning & Development.    

 

Responsibilities:  

Support Training Program Development: 

  • Assist in the design and development of training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and workshops. 

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure the accuracy and relevance of training materials. 

Facilitation and Delivery: 

  • Co-facilitate training sessions, delivering engaging and impactful learning experiences. 

  • Provide administrative support during training sessions, including pre and post-training evaluations. 

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration: 

  • Assist in the management and maintenance of the LMS, including course uploads, user management, and reporting. 

  • Monitor and track employee progress through training programs and provide necessary follow-up. 

Evaluation and Feedback: 

  • Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to assess the effectiveness of training programs. 

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of training initiatives by suggesting enhancements based on participant feedback and observed outcomes. 

Research and Trends: 

  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Learning and Development. 

  • Conduct research to support the development of innovative training solutions that address emerging business needs. 

Administrative Support: 

  • Handle general administrative tasks such as scheduling training sessions, communicating with participants, and preparing training materials. 

  • Maintain training records and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. 

 

Requirements: 

  • Graduating from a 4-year College or University between December 2024 and May 2025 

  • Working towards a bachelor's degree in education, business administration, human resources, or similar degree  

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States  

  • Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 

  • Experience in project planning and management  

  • Experience compiling and analyzing metrics to identify trends and efficiencies 

  • Verbal and written communication skills 

  • Interpersonal and customer service skills 

  • Organizational skills and attention to detail 

  • Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines 

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills  

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements: 

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to work in excess of eight hours per day in the confined quarters of an office.  Also requires the ability to bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and/or carry items less than 50 pounds.  Finger dexterity in operating a computer keyboard and calculator.  Office work requires sitting at a computer monitor for extended periods of time, completing paperwork and to receive/return phone messages.  Standing is required for filing and copying.
